This project is centered on epichlorohydrin, and makes full use of the products and by-products between each device to form a complete upstream and downstream product chain. Use purchased potassium chloride and products of sulfur incinerator and sulfur trioxide absorption device as raw materials to produce agricultural potassium sulfate, and at the same time by-produce hydrogen chloride; use refined glycerin produced by glycerol purification unit and by-product hydrogen chloride of potassium sulfate unit as raw materials to produce epoxy resin Chloropropane; and then use epichlorohydrin as raw material to produce epoxy resin and epoxy diluent respectively.
