Release of VOCs content index for automotive coatings

Automobiles are currently the pillar industry with the most prominent contribution to Shanghai's economy. The national "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Volatile Organic Compound Pollution Prevention and Control Work Plan" pointed out that the promotion of VOCs emission control in the fields of vehicle manufacturing, modified vehicle manufacturing, and auto parts manufacturing. Vehicle manufacturing promotes the use of high solids, water-based coatings, and uses compact coating processes such as "three coatings and one baking", "two coatings and one baking" or no intermediate coating.
