Wanhua Chemical Announcement, according to "Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. Announcement on the Suspension of Production and Maintenance of the Equipment of its Subsidiary Hungarian Borsod Chemical Company" (Announcement No.: Lin 2023-50), Wanhua Chemical Subsidiary Borsod Chem Zrt.) MDI unit (350,000 tons/year) will be shut down for maintenance and technical transformation will be carried out to expand its capacity. After the technical transformation, the production capacity will be increased to 400,000 tons/year.
Up to now, the production shutdown, maintenance and technical transformation and capacity expansion of the above-mentioned MDI equipment have been completed, and normal production has resumed, with the production capacity reaching 400,000 tons/year.
