Summary: SilibaseRA-4311 Release Agents for Polyurethane Molding is the organ silicone and Teflon mixed liquid, excellent heat stability and chemical stability, good at remold and isolation effectiveness, non-corroding and without residual on the mould and good at mould surface, not influence the product's adhesiveness and paint, not pollute the mould. SilibaseRA-4311Release Agents for Polyurethane Molding is concentrated of high pure silicone, avirulent insipidity, highlashing point for safety usage.
Scope of Use:
Polyurethane elastomer products, PU rubber covered roller, PU seal ring release agent.
Application Method:
● Clean the mould and warming the mould up to 50℃.
● Use release agent after dilution (1kg mixed 20kgs solvent) and use the brush or spray gun to coat on the mould uniformly which can produce after the solvent volatilize.
● The quantity of use is based on the complexity and material of mould, normally PU elastomer need to spray 2-3 times.
● In order to have a better disperse on the mould surface, suggest to using the solvent mixture to dilute the release agent.
