The reporter at the scene learned that this project is located in the middle section of Zhenxing North Road, Fengjing Industrial Park, Xi'an. The total investment is 1.25 billion yuan, and the annual planned investment is 370 million yuan. It mainly builds R&D technology laboratories, standardized production workshops, comprehensive buildings, raw material warehouses, storage yards, office buildings and ancillary facilities. At present, the production standardization workshop, raw material warehouse, staff dormitory building and the main body of the activity center have been completed, the interior and exterior decoration are being carried out, production equipment has been purchased, and the preparations before production are in progress.
The polylactic acid new material industry base project of Shaanxi Jinye Science and Education Group Co., Ltd. was signed in February this year. In the past five months, this project has completed 80% of the annual planned investment, and is expected to be completed and put into production in the first half of next year.
"Polylactic acid (PLA) biodegradable fiber filter material" "Bio-industry/bio-manufacturing/bio-fibers and other polymer materials based on biomass sources" is a key product supported by the national strategic emerging industry; the production process and technology of polylactic acid tow in the polylactic acid new material industrial base in Huyi District are domestic Leading level, with 3 national invention patents and 2 utility model patents.
After the project is completed, it will replace the existing acetic acid filter rods and become the largest production base of polylactic acid filter rods in the country, with broad market prospects and huge development potential. After the project is put into operation, the annual output of polylactic acid tow will be 50,000 tons, polylactic acid filter rods will be 68 billion, the output value will reach 2.3 billion yuan, tax revenue will be 160 million yuan, and more than 1,000 people will be employed.
