According to the “Chemical Industry Park Construction Standards and Certification Management Measures (Trial)” (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianyuan [2021] No. 220) and “Chongqing Chemical Industry Park Certification Management Measures (Trial)” (Yu Jing Xin Fa [2021] No. 76 ) requirements, after the application of the relevant district and county governments (development zones), the on-site review by experts and the review and confirmation of relevant municipal departments, the list of chemical parks to be formally recognized and the list of chemical parks to be newly cultivated in Chongqing will be announced. If you have any objection during the publicity period, please submit it to the Municipal Economic Information Commission in writing and provide necessary supporting materials.

Remarks: Officially recognized chemical industry park refers to having a certain chemical industry foundation, in line with the “Chemical Industry Park Construction Standards and Identification Management Measures (Trial)” (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianyuan [2021] No. 220) and “Chongqing Chemical Industry Park Identification Management Measures (Trial Implementation)” (Yujingxinfa [2021] No. 76) officially recognizes the basic requirements of chemical industry clusters.

Remarks: Newly-built chemical parks refer to plans to be included in the unified planning and layout of the whole city, and they are supported in accordance with the “Chemical Park Construction Standards and Certification Management Measures (Trial)” (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianyuan [2021] No. 220) and “Chongqing Chemical Park Certification Management Measures (Trial)” (Yu Jing Xin Fa [2021] No. 76) relevant chemical industry park construction standards for construction, and formally recognized chemical industry clusters after meeting the formal recognition conditions.
