The price of ordinary mixed coal (a mixture of fine coal and lump coal in Shanxi, with a calorific value of 4,500 kcal) was 615.0 yuan/ton, a decrease of 1.7 yuan/ton or 0.3% from the previous period.
The price of Shanxi mixed coal (good quality mixed coal, calorific value 5,000 kcal) was 714.6 yuan/ton, a decrease of 1.8 yuan/ton or 0.3% from the previous period.
The price of Shanxi excellent mixed coal (high-quality mixed coal with a calorific value of 5500 kcal) is 820.1 yuan/ton, an increase of 1.1 yuan/ton or 0.1% from the previous period.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, sulfur content <1%) was 1950.0 yuan/ton, the same as the previous period.
From the above data, it can be seen that in late August, the price of coking coal continued to stabilize, and the price of anthracite maintained a slight upward trend; the trend of thermal coal prices diverged, with low-calorie coal continuing to decline slightly and high-calorie coal rising slightly.
