No matter what kind of coating or insulation method is used in the insulation process of the hanger, the key points that need to be paid attention to are the following: (1) The insulated parts must be cleaned beforehand If the surface of the hanger is stained with dirt from the manufacturing process, the hanger and the insulator cannot be firmly bonded, and sometimes it may immediately blisters and fall off. For this reason, the cleaning of the hanger is the first step in the insulation process and is indispensable. (2) Priming with dilute paint is beneficial to improve the bonding strength The bonding strength between the coating and the substrate is not as good as the bonding strength between the coatings. The thick coating directly applied to the substrate is not as strong as the thin coating on the substrate. Therefore, when applying the insulating glue, use the diluted paint first, and then apply the normal consistency paint after drying. This is very beneficial to improve the bonding strength of the paint on the substrate. (3) Master the interval time of secondary coating It is not advisable to apply the next insulating glue before the glue film applied on the previous line is fully dried, otherwise it will not only affect the bonding strength of the insulating glue, but also affect the appearance quality. (4) Do post-processing work well After the last coat of insulating glue is applied to the hanger and it is fully dried, clean it up. If there is insulating glue on the non-insulated part, it must be fully removed. It can be polished with sandpaper. This is a necessary process to improve the cleanliness of the surface of the hanger and ensure that the plating parts can be supplied with current. The above are only the requirements for applying insulating glue. Sometimes polyethylene plastic film or plastic tape is used for binding. When using these methods, the binding density shall prevail. It is not suitable for some complicated shapes. Generally, binding round rods is the main method. When bundling, it must be tightened so that the plastic film or plastic tape is close to the surface of the hanger, and there is no room for the plating solution to stay, otherwise it will contaminate the solution in the next process.
