This phenomenon is easily reflected in the chromium plating or aluminum anodizing process. For example: when the temperature of the chromium plating solution exceeds 2°C in the process specification, the chromium layer cannot be plated on the part that should be able to be plated under normal temperature conditions. When the temperature of the aluminum anodizing solution exceeds the process specification by 2℃, the normal film can be obtained, but only the film with hoarfrost can be obtained at this time. This also shows the importance of controlling the temperature of the solution. If the temperature of the solution rises too fast, it may be caused by the hanging of the workpiece on the hanger too densely and exceeding the volume current density allowed by the solution.
