Philippines resumes purchasing Russian coal after 8-month hiatus

The Russian Satellite News Agency reported after analyzing data released by the Philippine Bureau of Statistics that the Philippines imported US$18.2 million in coal from Russia in July, which was the first purchase since October last year.
